At PROACT our goal is to provide our clients with customized, personalized searches and to construct a workable plan that will give them the results they are looking for in a responsive and timely manner.
We design a search process based on the unique needs of each organization. We go beyond the standard search of looking only in local networks, and recruit regionally and nationally as well. Expanding the scope of the search allows us to typically offer our clients 65-90 qualified candidates, double or triple what offer search firms can offer. We also speak with educational stakeholders, community leaders, school board members, and successfully employed executives and administrators to provide our clients with a competent and diverse candidate pool.
Each candidate that we provide is screened and interviewed by a carefully selected PROACT Search Consultant who possesses a strong background and skill set of educational experience as well as interviewing and personnel evaluation. PROACT guarantees the final results- that your organization will end up with the most qualified individual possible in its leadership roles.
