Our process ensures a timely, yet effective search process in which we do the heavy lifting involved in recruitment, screening and interviewing candidates. We then present a 360 degree view of each candidate including resumes, letters of recommendation, screening notes, interview notes, interview rubrics, data-driven dashboards, candidate summaries, and other pertinent information for the district to make their decision. Finally we work with the board, doing background checks, reference checks, and providing leadership assessment tools, as well as assisting with negotiation and public relations surrounding the new executive.
